Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with your tracking code as soon as your package is on the way.

Estimated Shipping Times

Because we ship directly from our specialized international warehouse, delivery times depend on your location:

• United States: 7 to 12 business days

• Canada, UK, Australia: 8 to 14 business days

• Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days

• Subscription Orders: Free shipping on every automatic monthly order

How to Track Your Package

Once your item ships, we will email you a tracking number. It may take 2 to 4 days for the tracking updates to show up on the website.

Customs & Import Taxes

Orders ship from our international supply facilities. Most packages arrive without extra fees, but your local customs office may occasionally charge extra taxes depending on your country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, stuck for more than 25 days, or arrives damaged, we will send you a new bottle immediately at zero cost to you.
